Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using the Index Ink website. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By using this website or placing an order with Index Ink, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Index Ink. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications. Index Ink is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect color profiles, or improperly set-up artwork.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use all elements in the design, including images, logos, and fonts.
You retain ownership of all artwork and designs you submit to Index Ink. By submitting artwork, you grant Index Ink a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Index Ink will not reproduce, share, or use your artwork for any other purpose without your explicit written consent. You represent and warrant that your submitted artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Production times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless a rush service has been purchased. Index Ink is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including shipping carrier delays, equipment failure, or acts of nature.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier. Index Ink is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order contains a production error on our part, we will reprint or refund the affected items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
Index Ink's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Index Ink reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
